I am someone who doesn’t necessarily believe in qualifications, but I do believe in RESULTS. Qualifications and Results do not always go hand-in-hand.
I come from a home of poverty, divorce, violence, drug use, abuse and gangs. I lived stressful situations from a very young age, and I learned to overcome them.
At the age of 18, I started studying psychology from books and the observation of people during my job as a door to door salesman. I studied the books on influence and sales, and the books on self-image and confidence. I observed myself and others and how we reacted to failure and humiliation. I watched as some lost hope and others grew confident.
I spent two years after high school overcoming my past, levelling up my self-image, learning to become authentic, overcoming years of learning the wrong things, and finding peace with myself.
Every few years I took a leap of faith to who I wanted to be, figuring out life, people and relationships along the way.
I developed and grew in my career and my social skills, pushing my comfort zone, getting more in touch with my authenticity, deeper and deeper.
For years I studied Brazilian jiu jitsu, philosophy, and buddhism, all the while discovering universal principles, observing how my mind sometimes handled tough situations well, and sometimes did not, and what worked, and what didn’t.
I continued learning voraciously, I have listened to 1,982 hours of non-fiction audiobooks, and hundreds of hours studying, trying to find the best in human potential.
I discovered little known modern human development masters, and began learning from them directly through books, seminars and coaching. People who have truly mastered their lives and their minds. And who truly can help others do the same.
I continue learning to this day, and will still continue, developing my skills, always focusing on what works, what get the results. No fluff.
Now as a Calgary Life Coach, I’m here to share it with you.
